Mission: to bring multi-medial, interactive experiences to a wide public with timeless, cross-genred music, dance and magical costumes and installations.

Past: Claire rooted her artistic practice in the D.I.Y. art scene of Baltimore, MD, after graduating from Goucher College with a B.A. in Anthropology, dance and art in 2009. She created multi-media dance-theater pieces with the effervescent collective - the notorious Dirty Dancin' (2010), a parody with live mo-town and Baby and Johny in drag; and POWER MOVES FOREVER QUEST (2011), a live-action simulation of a video-game with fantastic costumes, original scores and live video and sound effects, which premiered at the Trans-Modern Festival. In 2011, she moved to Berlin for one year, then spontaneously to China in 2012 to teach English and Dance at a high school in Rui'an, then back to Berlin in 2013, where she's more or less stayed based, with the exception of some months traveling in Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay in in the winter of 2016. Throughout her time in Berlin and Brazil, she's performed with Voodoohop Collective, dancing in unique self-made costumes and occasionally adding vocals and sounds. In addition to performing, she teaches her improvisation, cathartic dance workshop in Berlin and at various music festivals, such as Garbicz and 3000grad.  In November 2016, she began to learn the music-making software Ableton Live...

Present: Graced by the presence of her musical muse, Claire now creates genre-crossing (ambient-dance-world-gospel) electronic music as ZAFTIK - https://soundcloud.com/zaftikmuzik -and also collaborated with Peter Lay as quest:in:time. https://soundcloud.com/questintime

She is currently designing costumes that incorporate motion-sensor technology. She made a costume with motion sensor LEDS, which premiered at Garbicz Festival 2016, and she will delve deeper into other designs for motion-triggered lights and sounds. She is collaborating with interface programmers to create a wearable instrument that can trigger various sounds for performance of her music.

Future: BIG PLANS to create the HappyNing - a space for interactive installations and performances.  This will involve on-going collaborations with interactive, installation designers to create spaces which transform with the movements of the public, empowering them through their involvement as "creators" and "transformers." It will also serve as a performance platform for dancers and musicians wishing to work with interactive media.
